Air Mail, a digital media company founded by Graydon Carter in 2019, is exploring a sale and has enlisted the investment bank Raine Group to assist in this process. Despite previous discussions about a potential acquisition by Standard Investments for $50 million, those talks are now inactive. Air Mail currently has 500,000 newsletter subscribers and has diversified its offerings with an online store and a physical newsstand in New York. The company has received investments totaling $32 million from figures in finance and media, including TPG and Warner Bros. Discovery's David Zaslav.
