CNN Films is reviving its documentary division after previously cutting back on production due to cost-reducing measures. The network will release three acquired films, starting with a documentary about Christopher Reeve, and is also resuming the production of original documentary series. This revival comes after a significant moment of success with the Oscar-winning documentary 'Navalny', but the division had faced setbacks leading to a halt in new productions last year.
