A Swedish court ruled that it cannot intervene in a labor dispute between Tesla and local unions, which have been in conflict for nearly a year over the automaker's refusal to sign a collective bargaining agreement with mechanics. The court stated that Swedish law prohibits state intervention in such disputes. Despite challenges, including support for the strike from various unions and disruptions in service, Tesla's sales in Sweden rose slightly. The Seko union expressed satisfaction with the ruling and urged Tesla to engage in negotiations.
