Revolut: More than 100 customers contact BBC about scams

Both individuals expressed frustration over Revolut's handling of their cases, reporting difficulties in contact and an unwillingness to refund the lost funds. The company has acknowledged the issue and stated improvements have been made. However, many users remain deeply unhappy with the support provided following fraud incidents.
