Meta is set to report its Q3 earnings, highlighting its growth in both artificial intelligence initiatives and advertising revenue. Analysts expect the company to post earnings per share (EPS) of $5.25 and revenue of $40.2 billion, a significant increase from the previous year's EPS of $4.50 and revenue of $34.1 billion. The advertising sector is anticipated to contribute $39.7 billion, and the company's Reality Labs segment is projected to earn $312 million. Meta's ongoing investment in AI and augmented reality technology continues as it competes with industry leaders like Microsoft, Google, and Amazon. This report follows a successful public showcase of Meta's new products at its Meta Connect conference, but comes amid legal challenges, including an FTC antitrust lawsuit.
