China's Hisense aims to become the No. 1 TV company in the U.S. within 2 years, top executive says

Hisense, a Chinese home appliance company, aims to become the No. 1 seller of televisions in the U.S. within the next two years. To boost its brand and market share, the company has partnered with FIFA as the official sponsor of the upcoming Club World Cup in Miami in 2025. Currently, Hisense ranks second in North America in TV shipments, just behind Samsung, and plans to enhance its product offering by integrating artificial intelligence into its TVs. Additionally, the company is targeting to strengthen its presence in the white goods market in North America during this same period.
