Rolls-Royce Motor Cars will invest over £300 million to expand its Goodwood factory and headquarters to meet the demand for bespoke luxury vehicles. The brand, owned by BMW, plans to increase production of highly customized cars, which can sell for prices starting from approximately £250,000 up to several million for extravagant models. This expansion not only enhances capacity but also prepares the facility for a shift towards electric vehicles. Although facing challenges due to reduced demand in China, Rolls-Royce is benefiting from rising demand for personalized vehicles.
