Klarna's CEO, Sebastian Siemiatkowski, advocates for the use of AI in automating various tasks within the company, claiming it can perform nearly all roles currently held by humans. Klarna has reportedly saved about $10 million a year through AI-driven efficiencies, as it reduces reliance on human creativity and expedites processes like contract generation and customer service. The firm has also introduced a chatbot that functions comparably to 700 customer service agents, resolving issues significantly faster than humans. Klarna is planning to go public in the U.S. with an expected valuation exceeding $15 billion.
