Klarna has reportedly saved about $10 million a year through AI-driven efficiencies, as it reduces reliance on human creativity and expedites processes like contract generation and customer service. The firm has also introduced a chatbot that functions comparably to 700 customer service agents, resolving issues significantly faster than humans. Klarna is planning to go public in the U.S. with an expected valuation exceeding $15 billion.
