Figma, a cloud-based design platform, is considering an initial public offering (IPO) after the failure of its proposed $20 billion sale to Adobe due to regulatory issues. The company has been in talks with investment banks and aims to go public possibly within this year. Figma has been expanding its offerings and international presence, with a significant portion of its users and revenue coming from outside the U.S. The company has also raised funding recently at a valuation of $12.5 billion and is working on new products beyond design tools.
