BJ's Wholesale Club is increasing its membership fees for the first time in seven years, effective January 1, 2025. The standard membership will rise from $55 to $60, while the premium Club+ membership will go from $110 to $120. This decision follows a similar move by competitor Costco earlier this year and is part of BJ's strategy to enhance the value provided to its members. The company reported a membership count of 7.5 million and generated significant revenue from membership fees this year.
