Ex-Harrods director won't take job as Fenwick boss

Published On Oct 1, 2024, 7:05 PM

Nigel Blow has declined to take up the position of CEO at Fenwick, a UK department store. This decision follows recent media attention regarding alleged sexual misconduct by former Harrods owner Mohamed Al Fayed, with whom Blow has significant past ties. Fenwick announced in July 2024 that Blow would become CEO, but shortly after being approached by the BBC for comments related to the allegations, they confirmed he would not be starting in the role. There has been no official reason given for his decision.
