According to a survey by the Office for National Statistics (ONS), people working from home are getting significantly more sleep and spending more time on exercise compared to those commuting to work. On average, homeworkers enjoyed an extra 24 minutes of sleep and 15 minutes more for exercise daily, thanks to the elimination of commute time. Despite a trend towards hybrid work arrangements, full-time homeworkers constitute only 13% of the workforce, while hybrid working is more popular among managers and those with higher educational qualifications.
