TGI Fridays closes a dozen stores across America in just one month

TGI Fridays has recently closed 12 locations in the U.S. and 35 in the U.K. within just one month. The closures include multiple restaurants in states such as New York, Pennsylvania, North Carolina, South Carolina, and others. The company claims these closures are part of a long-term strategy to optimize operations and only maintain performing stores, following the permanent closure of 36 locations in January. It aims to strengthen its franchise model despite losing many jobs in the process.
