Weekend strikes by LNER train drivers called off

Train driver strikes planned for London North Eastern Railway (LNER) have been called off after negotiations between the union and LNER. The Aslef union reported that an agreement was reached, and drivers will now work as normal. This resolution will allow LNER to strengthen its weekend timetable after plans for reduced services due to the strikes.
